• An enlisted recruit currently going through basic training at Cape May
• A recent boot camp graduate

In other words, don't send this card to USCG commissioned officers. Only enlisted USCG training is referred to as "boot camp".

Due to Covid restrictions, families often cannot attend the graduation ceremony. The card is also a thoughtful military gift for Coastie wives and moms.
