Payment options

Retail customers – if it’s plastic – we take it. Paypal makes it easy to use any credit card or use your paypal account if you prefer.

Wholesale customers can take advantage of Net 30 and pay with check. Email us what you’d like to order and we’ll email you back an invoice. Access our Wholesale Catalogue and Price List.

Shipping options

All retail orders of 2MyHero military greeting cards ship free via USPS first class.

If you need speed, Priority 2-day is also an option but is not free.

A word of experience – it isn’t as reliable as they like to make it sound. In my experience, customers have paid extra for this service and it rarely delivers. I have fulfilled orders and dropped them off at the closest USPS facility within a couple of hours of ordering and they still have not arrived within the promised delivery time. Just saying. If you really need it ASAP and are willing to pay for it, I recommend USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day. It’s expensive, but it is the most reliable.

Wholesalers have additional carrier options. We can ship FedEx or UPS. Let us know if you have an account with UPS you want us to use, we can ship using your account/rates if you prefer.

Returns, Refunds or exchanges

Issues are rare, but if needed here’s what we do:

Request for return, refund or exchange must be submitted within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

We do not accept returns on card orders. To be eligible for a return on a gift item your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have a valid reason for returning the item. Valid reasons will be considered but must be submitted via email within 30 days to info@2myhero.com. Items returned must also be in or with the original packaging.

Exchanges 

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or with the original packaging. Please email info@2myhero.com and include a photograph of the damaged item(s). You will receive a reply with directions of whether to return or dispose of damaged items.

In the case of damage in shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier, and we will replace the items damaged at no additional cost to you as soon as we receive your email with photo and description of items damaged.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on a product that is not defective or damaged. If you believe you have a valid reason to receive a refund, please submit your request to us via email at info@2myhero.com

Once your email explaining the issue is received and accepted, we will send you an email to explain the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds

Within two weeks after hearing from us, if you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet – please contact us at info@2myhero.com. We’ll call and yell at the banker! (not really)

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping on returns

If you have received an email from us directing you to return defective or damaged product, or if your request for refund has been accepted, mail your product to P.O. Box 56764 Portland Oregon US 97238.

Shipping on items that have been granted a refund is your responsibility unless otherwise indicated in the email. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of 2MyHero.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

Returned items must be sent with tracking if using USPS. This is the only way to verify that an item has been returned. If it’s lost in shipping and you have not sent it with tracking, we cannot provide a refund.

What does ‘licensed’ mean?

2MyHero military greeting card designs (except for Gold Star cards) go through the approval process of each branches’ trademark office. We report sales quarterly and pay royalties based on those sales. In addition, we pay an annual fee to each branch to continue to have the right to print their approved logos and wordmarks.
