Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Trifle
Layers of MRE Cinnamon Apple Energy Bar, Maple Muffin Top, Applesauce and Apple Jelly with Yogurt and nuts makes a delicious breakfast treat.
- 1 packet MRE Apple Cinnamon Energy Bar
- 1 packet MRE Maple Muffin Top
- 1 packet MRE Applesauce
- 1 packet MRE Apple Jelly
- 1 container Vanilla or Coconut Yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp Dark chocolate, chopped or grated Use milk chocolate if you prefer that over dark chocolate.
Cut energy bar into 1/4" pieces.
Break muffin top into small pieces.

Repeat layers 2 times, ending with energy bar pieces and chocolate.
Best served immediately. Can be made up to 1 hour in advance.
